We are looking for a Warehouse Operative who wants to be part of a fast paced, highly focused, and growing team to deliver high quality design.

As a Sales Representative at Genfit, you won’t just sell products; you’ll be a catalyst for change. Your passion for renewable energy and sustainability will drive you to connect with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that transform their energy landscape.

Job Description

As a Sales Representative at Genfit, you will play a crucial role in driving residential and commercial sales of solar PV systems, energy storage solutions, and EV charging infrastructure. Leveraging your expertise in renewable energy technologies and your passion for sustainability, you will engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their energy requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identify and cultivate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking events, referrals, and digital marketing initiatives.

2. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with residential and commercial clients to understand their energy needs, assess their property for solar PV feasibility, and recommend appropriate solutions.

3. Solution Proposal: Prepare and present customized proposals outlining the benefits of solar PV systems, energy storage solutions, and EV charging infrastructure tailored to the client’s requirements and budget.

4. Quoting and Pricing: Generate accurate quotes and pricing estimates based on project specifications, equipment costs, installation requirements, and applicable incentives or rebates.

5. Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns throughout the sales process.

6. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts, ensuring mutual satisfaction and adherence to company policies and industry regulations.

7. Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams including project managers, engineers, and installation technicians to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. 8. Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, government incentives, and regulatory changes related to renewable energy and EV charging infrastructure

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven track record of success in residential or commercial sales, preferably within the renewable energy or construction industry
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems, energy storage solutions, and EV charging infrastructure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively convey complex technical information to clients.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills required, along with active listening.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools
  • Knowledge of relevant regulations, incentives, and policies related to renewable energy and EV charging is desirable.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
