Genfit recently completed a 70kWp solar PV installation at Pioneer House, delivering a high-performance renewable energy system tailored to the building’s energy demands. This project features cutting-edge SolarEdge inverter technology combined with efficient and reliable DMEGC solar panels, ensuring maximum energy yield and long-term value.
The system is expected to generate substantial environmental and financial benefits, with projected lifetime savings of £414,723. This installation forms part of Pioneer House’s broader commitment to sustainability, reducing operational costs while significantly lowering carbon emissions.
The system is projected to generate 60.29 MWh of clean solar energy each year, significantly offsetting the site’s reliance on grid electricity. This annual output will lead to a carbon footprint reduction of 11.66 tonnes, the equivalent of planting 535 trees every year. It’s a tangible step towards a more sustainable future for Pioneer House, demonstrating how smart energy solutions can deliver both environmental and economic returns.
