As the Managing Director of Genfit, I am incredibly proud to announce that we have officially achieved B Corporation certification. This accomplishment marks a significant milestone in our ongoing journey to prioritise sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical governance in everything we do. I’d like to take a moment to share what this certification means for us, how it will shape our future, and to extend a heartfelt thank you to Laura and the team at Truth for their invaluable support throughout this process.
B Corporation certification is awarded to companies that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. It is a symbol of our commitment to balance profit with purpose, ensuring that our business practices benefit all stakeholders, including our employees, customers, community, and the planet.

Note to readers: I got a little excited the morning we received the news and sent Laura an Oscars inspired acceptance speech which I’m sure you’ll see on her website!
I’d like to extend a big personal thank you to Lauren, our Head of Operations, who helped compile the evidence in support our responses, whilst at the same time working through IS0 9001, 14001 & 22301 accreditations! This was no mean feat; we have since been approved for all three ISO’s, which will count as extra B Corp points through our continual assessment.
B Corp will shape our future by:
