Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Monday to Friday 9:00am – 17:00pm

Salary: £23,800.00 per year

Genfit is a renewable energy business headquartered in Chester, UK. We design, install, and maintain renewable energy systems specialising in solar PV, energy storage and electric vehicle charging.

Genfit deliver residential, commercial, and industrial scale projects across the UK. Our focus is on offering the highest quality products, backed by bankable warranties and industry leading remote monitoring systems.

We are looking for an Admin Support who wants to be part of a fast paced, highly focused, and growing team to deliver high quality design.

Job Overview & Objectives
  • Manage company correspondence, including phone calls, letters and packages.
  • You will be the customers first point of contact for sales enquiries.
  • Compile documents for handover pack and issue to the customer within 5 days of completion
  • Properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers and colleagues
  • Refer to internal database or external resources
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritise and manage several open issues at one time.
  • General admin duties.
  • Coordination of company volunteering days and charity events
Responsibilities for the Admin Support
  • Taking initial customer enquiries
  • Updating sales teams on enquiries and booking site visits
  • Keeping the company CRM up to date
  • Completion of MCS Certificates
  • Order processing
  • Collation of site files for both roof and electrical installations.
  • Compiling and issuing customer handover packs
  • Overseeing Genfit’s charity contributions
Experience
  • IT literate
  • Articulate and confident communicator
  • Confident and polite telephone manner
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • Passionate about the role the business can play in contributing to a healthier, more sustainable planet for current and future generations.
  • Systematic and organised.
  • Keen eye for detail.
  • Self- motivated and structured worker, who is happy to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent attention to detail, must be able to identify problems quickly and accurately in order to resolve or escalate with detailed diagnosis.
  • Calm and diplomatic under pressure.
  • Promote and embed equality and diversity as an integral aspect of working.
